Eawag, the Swiss Federal Institute of Aquatic Science and Technology, is an internationally networked aquatic research institute within the ETH Domain (Swiss Federal Institutes of Technology). Eawag conducts research, education and expert consulting to achieve the dual goals of meeting direct human needs for water and maintaining the function and integrity of aquatic ecosystems. Tenure Track Group Leader in Remote Sensing of Aquatic Systems 

to conduct research on the use of remote sensing to advance understanding of aquatic systems and to facilitate cross-scale assessments of processes in lakes, reservoirs, rivers, floodplains, wetlands and urban environments. The successful applicant is expected to build an independent research program that facilitates the use of remote sensing across Eawag and to contribute to fulfilling Eawag’s mandate in education and expert consulting
